Also, with online there is no chance of bias or interviewer effects as is the case with CATI or F2F. Online survey participants' answers are much more nuanced and cautious, whereas people being interviewed over the phone tend to offer more placating and impulsive responses. Answers to questions of a sensitive or unpleasant nature are more honest when given online and therefore are much more valid as they are offered anonymously.

Question: How can I create an online survey myself?
Answer: You don't have to! We are happy to program and host your survey and then supply you with the results.

Question: Do I have to use panelbiz programming for my study?

Question: But you don't get a thorough representation of the population online, right?
Answer: Not yet, but we're getting close to achieving this. We already have an almost exact representation from each region and we can always structure samples through our invitation process to represent the German population.
